Refund Policy

BACNC/AALNC will refund the CEU/Dinner fee within thirty days of written or verbal request for refund/cancellation of attendance if received as follows:

• Greater then seven (7) days prior to CEU event date, the fee will be refunded, less a $5.00 handling fee.
• Three to seven (3-7) days prior to CEU event date, one half of the fee is refunded.
• Three (3) days/Seventy-two (72) hours or less prior to CEU event date/time no refund will be given.
• When the program is cancelled by AALNC/BACNC, the full amount will be refunded.
