There are two categories of membership: active and sustaining.
Criteria are as follows:

Active
Registered nurses licensed in the United States, its territories and possessions, who are currently consulting in the legal field or who have a desire to enter this field. Must belong to AALNC. Full voting privileges.

Dues: $60 annually


Sustaining
Any individual or group with an interest in supporting the chapter. All privileges are granted except voting and participation in business matters of the BACNC/AALNC chapter.

Dues: $100 annually
